Placetopay is the online payment platform used by Omega SAS to process transactions made via our online store using the forms of payment enabled for such purpose.
2. How can I pay?
You can pay on our online store using the forms of payment enabled for such purpose. According to the payment options chosen by the company, you will be able to pay via PSE (debits from savings and checking accounts in Colombia); credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Credencial and Diners); Exito and Alkosto credit cards and in cash (Baloto, non-banking correspondents, ATH machines, at checkouts in Exito, Carulla, Surtimax and Super Inter).
3. Is it safe to enter my banking details on this website?
To protect your data, Omega Eventos SAS delegates the capture of sensitive information to PLACETOPAY. Our payment platform meets the highest standards required by the international standard PCI DSS security in credit card transactions. It also has the SSL security certificate issued by Geotrust, a Verisign company, which ensures secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site, so you can feel safe when entering your banking information.

4. Can I pay any day at any time?

5. Can I change the form of payment?
If you haven’t confirmed your payment, you can go back to the first step and chose the form of payment you prefer. It is not possible to change the form of payment once you have made it.
6. Does paying online carry any extra costs for me?
No, online payments made via Placetopay do not incur any additional costs for costumers.
7. What should I do if my transaction was not completed?
First of all, check if you got an e-mail confirming the transaction on the email account you registered at the time of payment. If you did not receive it, you should contact the accounting area of Omega Eventos SAS to confirm the status of the transaction.
8. What should I do if I did not get the payment receipt?
For each transaction that is approved via Placetopay, you will receive a receipt of payment with the purchase reference at the email address you indicated at the time of payment.
